Baconnaise started when a customer asked for "spreadable bacon". Initial scepticism gave way to enthusiasm after Bacon Salt's biggest fans made it clear they could not wait for this dream to be realised so they could use it on everything.
And so, another bacon-flavoured adventure began. Would it really be possible to make bacon-flavoured mayonnaise that met the high standards set by Bacon Salt? The research and development consisted of eating hundreds of slices of bacon and comparing them to hundreds of revisions of Baconnaise. Finally, two years later, Baconnaise was born.
Now you can sample the smooth and slightly smokey taste that is known as Baconnaise, The Ultimate Bacon Flavored Spread. We put it on sandwiches, salads, dips, fish, chicken, burgers and more. It's delicious!
